1978. By establishing Asoplast, the Quintili Industrial Group aims at satisfying the market of complex-moulding products. Its business choices are soon oriented towards innovative high-repeatability production processes. Thanks to these choices, it becomes one of the leading suppliers of the national household appliance industry.
1980. With the aim of diversifying markets, new processes are started for the production of PVC pipes, gutters and fences.
2003. With the construction of the new 8,000 sqm plant, new production line are started that, thanks to the experience and skills acquired over the years, allow to produce large volumes of moulded plastic material for any industrial sector, while constantly maintaining a high technical and aesthetic quality.
2004. Creation of Technodrain – a draining system – and UNI EN 1401 pipes for rainwater collection.
2 production plants for moulding PVC,Polypropylene, Polyethylene and ABS, on a total coverd surface of 23,000 sqm. 40 presses, ranging from 100 to 1300 tons, capable of moulding 40,000 kg. of plastic material per day, integrated with robots and automated stocking lines; in-house pad printing, ultrasonic and vibration welding, lines for assembling components ﬁ tted with Electrostatic Protected Area (EPA). 7 extrusion lines for pipes and sections ranging from 32 mm. to 500 mm. in diameter.
Asoplast ﬂexible for the most diverse production requirements The correct management of the quality system is ensured through the authority, relationships and responsibilities of the personnel in charge of carrying out, managing and checking the production processes and the products. Asoplast is ﬂexible to meet the most diverse production and assembly requirements. Ultrasonic, vibration and hot-blade welding lines with automatic air control make in-house assembled products 100% reliable.
Asoplast’s in-house professional skills accompany the customer from the product study phase. The company has useful resources for engineering and constructing production lines according to the speciﬁ cations required. New orders are planned according to ‘project management’ criteria, with engineers and designers capable of proposing alternative solutions to obtain the best possible results. The timeliness of delivery is entrusted to the in-house logistic service, using stock management systems and its own vehicles for distribution. Asoplast has always opted for enhancing in-house professional skillsin order to best satisfy its customers according to a customer oriented policy.
